Troubleshooting

We all know just how frustrating it can be to come up against issues with your computer, tablet or phone – particularly when we all rely on them so much – and even if we only use them occasionally.

Whatever, and whenever, something goes wrong; from being bombarded with adverts to a password lockout or a virus infestation, or even if you feel that something isn’t right (but you don’t know what), I can sort out your issues and leave you with ways to avoid recurrence.

All and any software I download to deal with your issues will be free to use. I am not affiliated with any other companies, and will not advise you to pay for software unless you wish to do so independently. Many of the tools I use have versions you can pay for, however in my experience the free versions fulfil most needs. If you have any questions, or want to know more, please ask me during the session.

Anything I recommend will have been tried and tested by me before I suggest it to you, and I can give you both the pros and cons so you can decide whether to install and/or keep it. If you do not want to keep it, for any reason, please let me know and I can remove it before I leave.
