My career with computers really began in the early 90s, when I gained a degree in Computer Studies.
Following that I worked for a number of organisations over the next 30 years, covering many disciplines from Customer Support to Programme Management and IT Consultancy, including Dell, the computer manufacturer, where I headed the team looking after their European Sales Order System.
As part of that, I was involved in creating and delivering Training on a variety of subjects, and to all types of people, from beginners to experts, temporary staff to company directors.
I started A Bit of Support in 2013 and it has been such a pleasure to help so many lovely people.
With clients of all ages, the oldest (so far) being 100 years young, there's no age limit on learning. Along the way I've heard amazing life stories and made so many new friends.
